What You’ll Own

As our Mid-Market & Enterprise BDR, you’ll be instrumental in our growth and pipeline generation. This is a team-of-one role where you’ll have the autonomy to build and run the outbound function independently, with full leadership support and resources.

  • Drive High-Value Conversations: Expected to do upwards of 100+ activities daily (phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach practices) with mid-market and enterprise prospects, using our proven outbound playbook and ongoing weekly training to assist you
  • Master Complex Sales Cycles: Navigate longer, more sophisticated buying processes with multiple stakeholders and technical evaluations
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Develop deep product expertise and industry knowledge to position yourself as a consultative expert during discovery calls
  • Qualify with Precision: Uncover complex business pains, technical requirements, and buying criteria through strategic questioning and active listening
  • Collaborate Strategically: Partner closely with Account Executives to orchestrate product demonstrations and advance qualified opportunities
  • Own Your Success: Take full responsibility as the “CEO” of your territory, managing your pipeline with operational excellence while building the foundation of our outbound engine

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • 1-2+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise business development experience with proven success in complex B2B sales environments
  • Strong qualification expertise: Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough discovery, uncover business pains, and establish clear buying criteria
  • Curiosity and critical thinking: A natural investigator who asks thoughtful questions and connects the dots between prospective challenges and solutions
  • Technical product aptitude: Ability to quickly master complex SaaS/cybersecurity solutions and articulate technical value propositions
  • Operational excellence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex sales processes and multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Independent operator: Comfortable working autonomously while building processes and systems from the ground up

Compensation & Benefits

Salary and Compensation:

  • Base: $65,000
  • Variable: $35,000
  • OTE: $100,000
