About Autohost

Autohost provides automated identity verification and fraud prevention (KYC) for the hospitality industry and the sharing economy. Founded by a passionate team of cybersecurity and coding experts, we use the latest tech to scan all reservations, identify red flags and determine risk levels. At Autohost, we believe it’s important to Know Your Guest. That’s why we make sure every reservation is properly screened across all platforms. We send the guest through a series of verifications to proactively eliminate parties, fraud and criminal activity.

Job Description

As the Success Manager, you will be the point person for clients during their entire lifecycle. You will be using your relationship management skills to guide customers to their desired outcomes, focus on maximizing value, and drive growth within our customer base.

You'll be constantly working to help understand their needs, optimize their accounts and and make sure all of their questions are answered. Autohost is a client first company and we live by our clients, hence why they say that we're the "best software vendor they've ever worked with".

You’ll also work closely with our marketing team to help align our product roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback. We want someone who is passionate about our product and is looking for the freedom to exercise their own ideas.

What you'll do:

  • Have a deep understanding Autohost’s unique business model and product

  • Educate clients on the value of Autohost as a security solution

  • Communicate with new and existing clients on a regular basis with a focus on delivering value and relationship building

  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously at various stages of the buying cycle

  • Perform online video calls and demos showing the product and educating clients about all the functionality and best practices

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client, conducting extensive research on their company and establish a working relationship

  • Client outreach and activation

  • Retain and grow revenue from existing clients

  • Serve as the voice of the client and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement

  • Work with the sales team to smash monthly targets by providing feedback

  • Work with our marketing team to create content that targets the ideal customer persona

What you'll bring:

  • 2-5 years B2B sales and customer success experience in a high-growth SaaS environment (bonus if it’s in the short-term rental space, hospitality industry, fintech or cyber security)

  • Experience working with a CRM (SalesForce, HubSpot, InfusionSoft or equivalent)

  • Highly adaptable, thrives in a rapidly-changing environment

  • Proven ability to understand client needs, create and deliver customized, client-focused pitches and solutions

  • Exceptional storytelling skills; you’ll be comfortable pitching Autohost to anyone, anywhere

  • Passionate about hospitality, real estate, fraud prevention, security and short-term rentals

  • Strong analytical capabilities complemented by superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

  • A self-starter with a positive attitude

  • Motivation to be successful in remote work
