About This Job

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic sales plans for our SaaS fraud prevention platform to ensure profitable growth and expansion of company products and services. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with the executive team to align on strategic objectives and will oversee all sales operations.    

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue and growth for the organization by increasing sales through all possible channels.
  • Building efficient and high-performing sales processes and teams.
  • Building and managing a team of AEs, keeping them motivated, and helping them achieve their quotas.
  • Be a player and coach.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements and demonstrating value in every interaction.
  • Building meaningful, consultative, and value-added relationships.
  • Managing multiple qualified opportunities simultaneously through the sales process and closure.
  • Closing sales and achieving quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Performing and leading effective online and in-person presentations and meetings.
  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on KPIs.
 

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business.
  • Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets based on organization objectives.
  • Ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targets.
  • Have 8 – 15 years of experience selling Enterprise Software, of which at least 4+ years involved a complex solution sales process.
  • Experience building sales processes and teams from scratch.
  • Experience working on $50k+ annual deals with 2 months sales cycles.
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to C Level.
  • Experience selling Enterprise SaaS in the Fraud or Cybersecurity domain is a plus.
  • Experience selling to the Hospitality and Real Estate markets is a plus.
  • At least 4+ years of experience managing a team of AEs.
  • Experience creating compensation plans for the sales function.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have good negotiation skills.
  • Have knowledge of Sales CRMs.
  • Preferably worked in a startup of <200 employees.
