About Autohost

Autohost provides automated identity verification and fraud prevention (KYC) for the hospitality industry and the sharing economy. Founded by a passionate team of cybersecurity and coding experts, we use the latest tech to scan all reservations, identify red flags and determine risk levels. We send the guest through a series of verifications to proactively eliminate parties, fraud and criminal activity.

Job Description

At Autohost, we believe the strongest relationships begin with a successful onboarding. As the Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be working with our Success team to set up Autohost’s new clients while providing a best-in-class experience. This includes owning the project timeline, milestones, deliverables, communication, and overall project management. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, empathetic, passionate about training, project management, and working with stakeholders at all levels. What you’ll do:

  • Have a deep understanding of Autohost’s unique business model and product
  • Own end to end software implementation for new clients
  • Provide in-depth user training including best practices and customized workflows
  • Thoroughly track the progress of each implementation and associated milestones
  • Drive process optimization and identify opportunities for improvement, including reduction in overall implementation time
  • Support the Customer Success team by monitoring KPI’s, providing monthly reports, and presenting areas of focus
  • Develop and maintain product expertise on the Autohost portfolio
  • Educate clients on the value of Autohost as a security solution
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously at various stages of the implementation cycle
  • Serve as the voice of the client and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

  • 2-5 years of B2B implementation or customer success experience in a high-growth SaaS environment (bonus if it’s in the short-term rental space, hospitality industry, fintech or cyber security)
  • Experience working with a CRM (SalesForce, HubSpot, InfusionSoft or equivalent)
  • Highly adaptable, thrives in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Proven ability to understand client needs, create and deliver customized, client-focused solutions
  • Exceptional storytelling skills; you’ll be comfortable pitching Autohost to anyone, anywhere
  • Passionate about hospitality, real estate, fraud prevention, security and short-term rentals
  • Strong analytical capabilities complemented by superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude
