About Autohost:

Autohost provides automated ID verification and fraud prevention (KYC) for the hospitality industry and the sharing economy. Founded by a passionate team of cybersecurity, coding and hospitality experts, we use the latest tech to scan all reservations, identify red flags and determine risk levels. We send the guest through a series of verifications to proactively eliminate parties, fraud and criminal activity.

Job description:

We’re looking for a go-getter to take ownership of Autohost’s marketing campaigns and demand generation programs, targeting high-quality leads that contribute to the sales pipeline and revenue growth. By working closely with senior leadership, marketing, web development and sales, you’ll assemble and lead a world-class team, work out the 10X playbook through relentless experimentation, switch on blitzscaling mode, and build a high-output organization to help us achieve our ambitious growth goals and turn our vision into reality.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly campaign plans for content, email, lifecycle, paid media, webinars and more.

  • Own the marketing tech stack and execute lead nurturing programs using HubSpot.

  • Suggest useful marketing tools and train team members to use them.

  • Write and edit copy for Google Adwords, Bing Ads, LinkedIn ads and Facebook ads.

  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to optimize copy.

  • Manage the creation of landing pages, design assets, email campaigns, timelines and deadlines for webinars and other virtual events.

  • Develop positioning and messaging for products and features.

  • Work closely with sales and digital marketing to develop lead generation assets, including email nurture campaigns, infographics, one-pagers, videos and more.

  • Develop and execute A/B tests, collect and analyze data, and use findings to provide recommendations on future efforts.

  • Analyze marketing funnels, campaign results, successes, and KPIs using data from Google Analytics, HubSpot, Pendo, Close CRM, Hotjar. 

  • Make recommendations and implement tactics to improve conversion.

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a demand generation role, preferably at a SaaS startup.

  • Ability to set and track KPIs, then pivot accordingly.

  • Drawn to operations, analytics, and organization.

  • Proven success in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Expert at HubSpot or comparable CRM.

  • A library of marketing tools you’re eager to add to our tech stack.

  • Self-starter who thrives with remote work.
